Refund Policy

Cancellation:

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Returns/Exchanges:

Non-custom-manufactured products carry a 30-day return policy from the time of delivery. Buyer pays for return shipping. Custom-manufactured products can only be exchanged within 30 days for an identical component if a defect in the original product is present. No other returns or exchanges will be accepted for custom-manufactured products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. 

Refunds:

Once your return is received. a confirmation email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund amount will be returned to your original form of payment within 1 business day. 

If your refund has been initiated, but not yet received, please contact your bank or credit card processing company to verify the refund status. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by all payment processors.

Final Sale/Clearance items:

Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" can only be exchanged for an identical product if a defect is present. Otherwise, no returns of these items are permitted.

Return Shipping Instructions:

To return your product, email us at sales@redrockperformance.com for return shipping instructions. Buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs except when exchanging/returning products with defects or damaged in-transit. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Shipping carriers bear full responsibility of delivering the products to us.
