Shipping:
Orders placed before 2pm Pacific will be shipped out same day. All others will be shipped within 1 business day. We offer Economy (4-6 day) and Standard (2-4 day) shipping options. All shipments include a tracking number and insurance. Delivery times may be impacted by holidays, natural disasters, pandemics, and other unforeseen events.
Pre-Order & Back-Order Items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered when they become available.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a a carrier link with a tracking number. Please use this information to track your order via the carrier's website.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Please contact us immediately at sales@redrockperformance.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Redrock Performance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided to you on your order's shipping confirmation email.
